Arbitrum Ecosystem Index (ARBI)

The Arbitrum Ecosystem Index (ARBI) is a decentralized exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracks the index of the top-5 Altcoin tokens by revenue on the Arbitrum platform. It enables the generation of ETFs that track the prices of crypto assets within multipools, offering users access to capital-efficient multi-asset liquidity with just one token of their choice.

The ARBI ETF is a multi-asset automated market maker (AMM) that automatically rebalances the underlying index tokens. Users can buy long or short ARBI on decentralized exchanges (DEXes) or centralized exchanges (CEXes). Additionally, users can obtain ARBI tokens by sending any index asset to the ARBI contract or redeem their ARBI tokens to receive any index asset from the multipool.

By leveraging a portfolio of assets with the highest revenues via an ETF, users can access multi-asset liquidity with one token and trade with low fees, earning higher rewards. They can direct their trades to balance the multipool assets and earn a portion of the fees for their actions. The ARBI ETF eliminates slippage due to dynamic fees and utilizes Oracle prices for accurate asset valuation. Furthermore, ARBI holders can earn rewards through the AAA governance token and participate in voting for new ETFs and their composition.
