PumpLiquid (PUMPLIQUID) is a non-custodial liquidity automation protocol designed specifically for token creators on the Pump.fun platform, built on the Solana blockchain. This protocol enables token creators to redirect their creator fees to a dedicated PumpLiquid treasury, which then uses these fees to implement automated liquidity strategies tailored for each specific token. With a focus on per-token fee isolation, there is no mixing of funds, ensuring that each token’s fees are exclusively employed for its own buy and liquidity provision (LP) activities.

The operational workflow of PumpLiquid consists of a five-step process, beginning with the creation of a token on Pump.fun. After establishing the token, creators share their fees with the PumpLiquid treasury and lock their authority, making the fee-sharing permanent. Following this, the system utilizes a two-phase strategy where fees initially accumulate during a bonding curve phase before being deployed automatically. Once graduated to the PumpSwap Automated Market Maker (AMM), the fees are strategically split into buybacks and liquidity deposits, ensuring a sustainable and dynamic approach to liquidity management.

A notable feature of PumpLiquid is its Dynamic Engine, which adjusts the allocation of buyback and liquidity splits based on real-time total value locked (TVL) data in pools. This means that during low TVL conditions, the protocol focuses more on liquidity provision for stability, while in strong liquidity situations, it emphasizes buyback pressure. The whole process operates automatically with minimal manual intervention required, making it a robust solution for token liquidity management.
