Astral Credits (XAC)

Astral Credits (XAC) is a cryptocurrency that belongs to the SONGBIRD universe. It is designed to be part of the new GALACTIC economy, providing utility for explorers in the network. The project’s vision is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem by distributing XAC tokens freely and fairly to the SONGBIRD community. With a fixed supply cap of 1 billion tokens, Astral Credits ensures that the value of each token cannot be diminished through monetary inflation. The distribution model promotes strong Store of Value (SoV) characteristics.

Astral Credits employs a deflationary supply schedule to help establish itself as a strong Store of Value (SoV). Tokens are distributed to the community at no cost through a faucet, with 80% being distributed freely. The remaining 20% is held in reserve to support future projects and expand the XAC ecosystem. The cryptocurrency operates on the SONGBIRD Proof-of-Stake (PoS) smart contract network, providing secure, fast, low-cost transactions with near-instant finality.

The Astral Credits project offers additional support by selling Astral Credits NFT badges on Sparkles, which allow badge holders to receive routine airdrops during halving events. These airdrops provide an opportunity to secure additional XAC tokens beyond those obtained through the faucet distribution. NFT holders can also claim citizenship status on the Astral Credits Community Discord, granting access to exclusive perks such as private channels and opportunities to earn XAC through giveaways and competitions. Donations of Songbird (SGB) are also encouraged to help cover gas fees for distributing XAC to the community through the faucet.
