Blockspot.io offers verification badges to cryptocurrency coins, exchanges, wallets, and companies. A badge indicates that an authorised representative has reviewed and confirmed the accuracy of their listing information. It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, legitimacy, security, or investment potential.

Blockspot.io reserves the right to refuse, remove, or decline any listing or content submission at its sole discretion. The following categories of content and services are explicitly prohibited:

• Any content, product, or service that is illegal under applicable law.
• Content that infringes or violates the rights of any third party.
• Cloud mining services, AI mining services, or similar schemes that promise cryptocurrency returns through pooled or automated mining operations.
• Any content that Blockspot B.V. considers, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or offensive. Submissions violating these policies will be rejected without refund.

Listings for blockchain companies, exchanges, and wallet providers are available on monthly, annual, or lifetime billing. By submitting a listing you agree that: there is no guarantee your listing will be accepted or published; editors determine the suitability, categorisation, and presentation of all listings at their sole discretion; listings must comply with all applicable laws and the prohibited content policies above; and Blockspot B.V. may modify, suspend, or remove any listing at any time.

Listing fees are fully earned upon payment. Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. You must cancel at least three days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. No refunds or credits are issued for partial subscription periods.

You agree to indemnify and hold Blockspot B.V., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand - including reasonable legal fees - made by any third party arising from content you submit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any rights of another person.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Blockspot B.V.

You acknowledge that Blockspot B.V. may establish general practices and limits on use of the Service, and that Blockspot B.V. has no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any data maintained or transmitted by the Service.

Blockspot B.V. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Service for any reason - including violation of these Terms - at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your account and all related data may be immediately deactivated or deleted. Blockspot B.V. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.

The Service and its content contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content presented through the Service or its advertisers - including sponsor advertisements - is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other proprietary rights.

Except as expressly authorised by Blockspot B.V., you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content, in whole or in part.

Blockspot B.V. trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Blockspot B.V. Without prior written permission, you may not display or use them in any manner.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and brand assets appearing on this platform are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed for identification and informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or any licensing arrangement with Blockspot B.V.

By submitting any material to Blockspot.io - including logos, images, or other brand assets - you represent and warrant that you hold, or have obtained, all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for that material, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Blockspot B.V. respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your work has been infringed, please send a notice to abuse@blockspot.io including: a signature of the rights holder or their authorised agent; a description of the infringed work; the location of the infringing material on the site; your contact details; a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder. The Service may contain links to third-party websites, companies, exchanges, wallets, or other resources. Blockspot B.V. has no control over these external sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, products, or services.

Your dealings with any third-party entity found through the Service are solely between you and that entity. Blockspot B.V. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from such dealings or from the presence of third-party content on the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Blockspot B.V. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind - whether express or implied - including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Notices to you may be delivered by email or regular mail. The Service may also communicate changes to these Terms through notices or links displayed on the site.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Blockspot B.V. and supersede any prior agreements. They are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one year after it arose, or it will be permanently barred.
