Each marker is the 1st of a new month. We buy at that day's closing price (or the next available trading day if there is a gap), then plot what your stack would be worth.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the historical price data come from?
We pull daily prices from multiple sources. The archive stretches back to 2010 for the oldest coins.
Why aren't all 56,000+ coins available?
Right now the picker is limited to 4,191 coins where we have at least 30 days of clean, verified history. Newer or thinly-traded coins are excluded so the result is still meaningful.
How is monthly DCA calculated?
On the 1st of every month between your start date and today, we buy your monthly amount at that day's closing price. If a 1st has no recorded price (rare gap days for thinly-traded coins), we use the next available trading day. Each buy adds units to your stack at the price that was real on that calendar day.
Are my calculations saved publicly?
Only the inputs and the result are stored. We never save your IP or any personal data. The first calculation you submit each day appears anonymously in the "Recent calculations" table.
Can I share my result?
Yes. Use the share buttons on the result card to post to X, Telegram or WhatsApp, or copy the link. The link carries your inputs as query parameters, so anyone who opens it sees the same calculation.
