Attention Mining (CLL)

Attention Mining is a cryptocurrency project with the ticker CLL that aims to reward users for their attention. Created by Kenneth M. Garofalo and currently being implemented on cryptoliveleak.org, Attention Mining can be applied to most existing websites. It operates on the Ethereum blockchain, offering a decentralized utility for rewarding users with CryptoLiveLeak Token (CLL) for completing various actions that require their attention. This incentivizes website visitors to become subscribers and enhances user engagement. The CLL token can be used for different purposes, such as payment for advertisement placement on websites implementing Attention Mining.

Attention Mining addresses the problem of internet users worldwide spending hours consuming media without any reward mechanism. Companies like Facebook and YouTube profit from selling access to users’ attention, but users don’t receive a portion of the ad dollars they help generate. Attention Mining changes this by offering a decentralized reward mechanism that shares ad revenue with the user community. It eliminates the lack of reward mechanisms in centralized websites that profit off user data without compensating them. Additionally, Attention Mining provides a solution to the costly user ad placement on popular platforms, allowing users to place ads and prioritize content using CLL rewards distribution.

Attention Mining involves website owners or editors implementing the mechanism, and users are rewarded for their attention. The implementation can be done by downloading Attention Mining plugins for existing WordPress websites. Custom reward amounts can be set for various actions, and custom exchange ratios for CLL Points/CLL Tokens can be established. Users can spend their CLL Tokens on custom Ad Space throughout the website. The distribution of CLL Tokens is decentralized within each website, and the CLL Token can be used for ad placement on any website implementing Attention Mining, creating an interoperable system.
