The Redvolution Project

Redvolution is a community-driven project focused on innovations within the Ethereum blockchain. The main product is a dedicated wallet for ERC20 tokens, designed to be multiplatform (e.g., Android, Chrome extension) and multipurpose. This wallet aims to consolidate everything a token owner would need into one app: secure storage, an HD wallet (Metamask-compatible), and a P2P public messaging service. Users can attach a message to the transaction when transferring a specified amount of REDV to another address. To attach a message, the transfer amount must exceed a blockchain-defined minimum, ensuring no fees are involved; the entire amount goes to the recipient. The minimum amount required to send a message will adjust with the token’s market price to stabilize messaging costs.

The Token

Like every crypto project, Redvolution has its token, REDV, which serves three primary purposes:

1. It acts as fuel for our wallet. For example, a small amount of REDV must be included with each message to prevent spam and facilitate transactions within buy/sell channels.
2. REDV is tradable on various marketplaces, providing the development team with funds to continue the project. Instead of raising funds through an ICO, we distributed tokens via airdrop.
3. The token itself helps to raise awareness about the project, as interest in tokens and cryptocurrencies generates publicity, functioning as a form of advertising for Redvolution.
