Chronologic (DAY)

Chronologic (DAY) is a cryptocurrency that aims to support the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem by solving core DeFi problems through its partnership with the Ethereum Alarm Clock. The current DeFi tools, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and blockchains lack important functionalities, such as transaction scheduling. ChronoLogic addresses this issue by implementing a decentralized scheduling protocol, which allows users to schedule transactions through off-chain clients called TimeNodes. Users can easily schedule transactions via wallets like MyEtherWallet and MyCrypto without needing to know about smart contracts and TimeNodes.

The decentralized scheduling protocol operates through a network of off-chain execution agents known as TimeNodes, incentivized to participate through user-set bounty payments. ChronoLogic’s core protocol brings time, automation, and scheduling into DeFi, enabling functionalities not originally designed for Ethereum. For instance, automated trades on Uniswap require a server-based solution, which ChronoLogic aims to solve. The Chrono Logic community contributes to the decentralized TimeNode network, which serves as an integral part of the protocol’s execution process.

Chronologic has achieved several milestones since its inception. This includes releasing the original whitepaper with Proof-of-Time logic concepts, introducing the TimeMints and ChronoPower concepts, and launching the DAY token. The project also partnered with the Ethereum Alarm Clock, completed a debt smart contract project, and created the concept of TimeNodes. Chrono Logic has successfully scheduled the first transaction on Ethereum and integrated its protocol with popular wallets like MyCrypto and MyEtherWallet.
