Liquid Loans (LOAN) is a decentralized lending protocol designed specifically for PulseChain. It offers 0% interest rates, providing users access to DeFi liquidity without the burden of variable interest rates. The protocol operates with a low collateral ratio of 110%, allowing users to maximize their liquidity. Liquid Loans utilizes a fully autonomous liquidation mechanism, ensuring the safety of user funds.

With Liquid Loans, users can borrow USDL, a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar and maintained by an algorithmic monetary policy. Unlike other stablecoins, USDL is not backed by fiat currencies but is minted when users deposit PLS (PulseChain coin) as collateral into Vaults. The protocol also introduces LOAN tokens, which capture fee revenue and incentivize early adopters. Users can earn LOAN tokens by providing liquidity to the Stability Pool or stake them to earn revenue.
