Unicly CryptoPunks Collection (UPUNK) is a unique protocol that allows users to combine, fractionalize, and trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Built by NFT collectors, Unicly offers a revolutionary way to transform NFT collections into tradable assets with guaranteed liquidity. Users can tokenize and create tradeable collections of any size by combining multiple NFTs, regardless of whether they are ERC-721 or ERC-1155 tokens. The protocol is designed to cater to diverse users, including collectors, casual investors, artists/designers/creators, traders, and yield farmers.

Unicly combines various features such as AMMs, NFT auctions, farming, and decentralized governance to create a comprehensive NFT gallery and trading platform. The protocol offers uTokens, which allow users to buy stakes in multiple NFTs simultaneously and own shards of different NFTs. Users can also farm the native UNIC token by providing liquidity and staking. UNIC will be a governance token with a total supply of 1 million and inflation rates that decrease approximately once a month. UNIC token holders will govern Unicly, ensuring community participation and decision-making.

On Unicly, users can explore uToken collections on the Discover page, browse through NFTs they like, and place bids. If users want to own a portion of a collection, they can purchase uTokens. As uToken holders, they can govern the collection, including the ability to unlock NFTs and redeem uTokens for proceeds from NFT auctions. Furthermore, users can farm UNIC by providing liquidity and staking LP tokens to earn more UNIC.
