Wrapped Millix (WMLX)

Wrapped Millix (WMLX) is an open-source cryptocurrency project to rewire and decentralize the digital economy. The project began in 2018 and was developed by a diverse group of developers and business professionals with backgrounds in various industries. The goal was to create a cryptocurrency protocol enabling trusted transactions at scale. Millix operates on a non-hierarchical, decentralized network, with nodes exchanging data and synchronizing time with each other. Millix has a total allocation of 9 quadrillion Millix coins (9,000,000,000,000,000 MLX) that were created in a genesis event in January 2020. The coins are not directly sold but distributed to participants who support and improve the Millix ecosystem. Participants running Millix software constantly receive rewards for their contributions in storing transaction data and verifying transactions. The technology behind Millix is built on the logic of Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) for fast and scalable transactions. It has no points of centralization, designed bottlenecks, or hierarchy. Millix data is natively sharded for efficient storage and retrieval. The project has a roadmap focusing on base organization and functionality, connecting the protocol to machines for large-scale transactions, and creating a community of earners.
