Blockspot.io offers verification badges to cryptocurrency coins, exchanges, wallets, and companies listed on the platform. A verification badge indicates that authorized representatives of the listed entity have reviewed and confirmed the accuracy of their listing information on Blockspot.io. A verification badge does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Blockspot.io regarding the quality, legitimacy, security, or investment potential of any verified entity. Users should conduct their own independent research before engaging with any listed entity, regardless of verification status.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Blockspot B.V. provides its service to you, subject to these Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice. You are encouraged to check back frequently, as our Terms of Service may change.

The following categories of content and services are explicitly prohibited from the platform: (a) any content, products, or services that are illegal under applicable law; (b) content that infringes or violates the rights of any third party; (c) cloud mining services, AI mining services, or any similar schemes that promise cryptocurrency returns through pooled or automated mining operations; (d) any content that Blockspot B.V. believes, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or offensive. Submissions violating these policies will be rejected without refund.

8. Company, Exchange, and Wallet Listings

Blockspot.io offers listing services for blockchain companies, cryptocurrency exchanges, and wallet providers. Listings are available on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. By submitting a listing, you agree that: (a) there is no guarantee that your listing will be accepted or published; (b) Blockspot B.V. editors, in their sole judgment, shall determine the suitability, categorization, and presentation of all listings; (c) listings must comply with all applicable laws and the prohibited content policies outlined in Section 7; (d) Blockspot B.V. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing at any time.

Listing fees are fully earned upon payment. Subscription fees will be charged according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. You must cancel your subscription at least three (3) days before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing period. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Blockspot B.V., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written consent of Blockspot B.V.

11. General Practices Regarding Use

You acknowledge that Blockspot B.V. may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service. You agree that Blockspot B.V. has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other data maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that Blockspot B.V. reserves the right to deactivate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or our submission policies. You further acknowledge that Blockspot B.V. reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time.

Blockspot B.V. may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of these Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Blockspot B.V. may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that Blockspot B.V. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Your dealings with companies, exchanges, wallets, or other entities found on or through the Service are solely between you and such entities. You agree that Blockspot B.V. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such entities on the Service. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BLOCKSPOT B.V. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOCKSPOT B.V. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM BLOCKSPOT B.V. OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

18. Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BLOCKSPOT B.V. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. If you believe that your work has been infringed or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Blockspot B.V. the following information: (a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright; (b) a description of the infringed copyrighted work; (c) a description of where the infringing material is located on the site; (d) your address, email address, and telephone number; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. 22. General Information and Governing Law

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Blockspot B.V., superseding any other agreements between you and Blockspot B.V. These Terms of Service and the relationship between you and Blockspot B.V. shall be governed by and construed, performed and enforced in accordance with Dutch law. In case of dispute, the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In case of any dispute between parties concerning the rights and obligations from these Terms of Service, parties prefer (but are not obliged) to use mediation by an independent professional third party. The failure of Blockspot B.V. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
