Frame Token (FRAME)

Frame Token (FRAME) is an ERC-20 token on Base that emerged on February 2, 2024, due to an experiment testing the frame feature on Farcaster. It quickly evolved into something greater. FRAME became the pioneering ERC-20 token minted or airdropped through a Frame on Warpcast. The original cast can be found for reference.

The primary purpose of $FRAME is to provide grants, bounties, and rewards to builders and creators within the Farcaster ecosystem, particularly emphasizing those who utilize Frames. It will serve as an in-frame currency, facilitating the growth and development of innovative Frames on Farcaster. Developers and creators will be incentivized, liquidity providers will be rewarded, and a basic ERC-20 specification will support building on top of the FRAME token.
