Liquid ICP (LICP)

Liquid ICP (LICP) is the world’s first s-Bridge that allows bridged and staked assets to remain liquid. Governed by the Liquid ICP community, the fractional reserve system ensures the immediate withdrawal of ICP coins at any time. With LICP, users can participate in a rich DeFi ecosystem, a bridge from Dfinity to EVM-compatible blockchains, and get insurance on their ICP holdings. The token distribution includes 60% for IDO, 25% for development and marketing reserves, and 15% for the team and advisors.

The roadmap for Liquid ICP includes several milestones. In Q3 2021, the project aims to launch Website V1, Gitbook, Lightpaper V1, Airdrop, and seed NFT sales. In Q4 2021, they plan to release Website V2 and App V1 and establish the LICP DAO on Aragon. Moving into Q1 2022, they aim to bridge to Polygon, integrate Chainlink, and form partnerships with Dex LP for liquidity pool staking and liquid staking. Q2 2022 will focus on marketing the s-Bridge to the Dfinity community and establishing a lending and borrowing platform through partnerships.
