CLUDE (CLUDE) is a token on the Solana blockchain, launched through the Pump.fun ecosystem, and serves as the native asset for a decentralized AI memory infrastructure. The project operates under the premise that AI assistants should retain knowledge across sessions rather than resetting with every new conversation. CLUDE separates memory storage from the AI model itself, giving users a private and portable cognitive layer that works across different AI providers. All memory is encrypted client-side using keys controlled by the user, meaning neither the CLUDE team nor any third party can access the stored data.

The CLUDE stack is built in four layers. CLUDE Brain handles memory storage and organization, supporting five types of memory: conversational, knowledge-based, learned habits, self-awareness, and original thoughts. CLUDE Cortex is a connector, available as both an SDK and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, that links any compatible AI model to the Brain layer. Venice AI provides private inference with no logging or data retention. Solana serves as the anchoring layer, where each memory is committed as a SHA-256 hash, creating an immutable on-chain audit trail. The architecture is model-agnostic and supports GPT, Llama, Mistral, and Claude, among others, through a permissionless MIT-licensed SDK that developers can run on their own infrastructure.

CLUDE has a total supply of approximately 1 billion tokens, with nearly all supply in circulation. The token trades on decentralized Solana exchanges and can be tracked via Solscan using contract address AWGCDT2gd8JadbYbYyZy1iKxfWokPNgrEQoU24zUpump. The project website at clude.io is active and includes documentation, a Brain Explorer, and a live memory management dashboard. No public launch date has been disclosed.
