The schUSD token represents staked CHUSD and automatically generates yield from institutional private credit portfolios managed by Covenant VC. This mechanism utilizes a hyperdiversification strategy across more than 100 short-duration, secured loans to deliver consistent returns while minimizing risks associated with lower-quality credit opportunities. The design aims to capture market inefficiencies by targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which have historically exhibited mispriced risk and strong performance.
