What is Cryptelo?

Cryptelo is a “TOP secret” security-level web application that allows you to send files directly from your browser.

Is cryptelo end-to-end encrypted?

Yes. Files are immediately encrypted in your browser, meaning no one without a password can see your data. We are not a provider, nor are we anybody else.

How safe is Cryptelo?

Cryptelo combines advanced encryption standards (ALS-256) and elliptic curve cryptography (EC-P384). It would take longer than the sun will exist to break through Cryptelo encryption.

There is no way to open any sent files without a password!

What happens to uploaded files?

1. Files are encrypted on your computer.

2. They are uploaded to our zero-knowledge servers as an unreadable chunk of numbers.

3. Files are stored for 30 days after uploading and then deleted.

4. When someone downloads the data, it comes to his device as an unreadable chunk of numbers.

5. Files are decrypted in the device after using the correct password.

Is there a file size limit?

The file size limit is 100 MB.

How long time is a link active?

Links are active for 30 days.

How can I send a link or password?

For sending the link, there are two options:

1. You can send the link via the In-built tool. After you upload and lock the shipment, you can fill in the receiver’s email and email, and we will automatically send the link to you both.

2. You can also copy the link and send it via any channel.

For sending the password we recommend using different channels (Signal + SMS).

Never send link and password together!
