Encocoinplus (EPG)

Encocoinplus (EPG) is a blockchain project initiative by the Encocoin Foundation to create a new international trade financial instrument and payment system. It seeks to replace the traditional manual paper-based bank guarantee, letters of credit, and real estate holding documents with a more efficient and secure blockchain solution. The project focuses on streamlining global imports and exports by facilitating instant, private, on-chain, and secured transactions. With the Encocoin EPG network, all principal trading parties, intermediaries, and agencies involved in a trade cycle must be authenticated as nodes, ensuring only authorized entities can view and track the trade.

The Encocoin EPG network operates on a dual blockchain system. The first arm is the public blockchain, which includes Encocoin XNK, a PIVX-forked Quark-based asset currently trading on exchanges. This blockchain enables financial instrument issuance and is visible to the public. The second arm is a private, permissioned, and secured network based on a hyper ledger chain code. This network’s currency is EPG, which is used to process transactions on the private network. This network ensures the privacy of transactions and can process up to one million transactions within minutes. Encocoin (XNK) serves as the currency of both blockchains, with its value component designed to appreciate as milestones are achieved and as the project disrupts the global trade industry.

Encocoinplus (EPG) aims to bring simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and the benefits of blockchain technology to international and cross-border trade. It offers various trade finance instruments and modules, including standby letters of credit, guarantees and indemnities, clean collection bills management, factoring and forfeiting, pre-shipment and post-shipment finance, trust and delivery receipts, and MSME and SME cross-border financing. The Encocoin EPG network allows for secure, authenticated, and consensus-based transactions, ensuring that payments can only be released after all parties involved have verified the transaction’s authenticity.
