Solarmoon (SOLAR) is the first decentralized, community solar mining platform that aims to revolutionize the way we mine cryptocurrencies. The Solarmoon Protocol is designed to validate the use of clean energy miners globally and reward those who contribute to cleaning up the blockchain. With a multi-chain ecosystem, Solarmoon operates on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Polygon Network, offering decentralized voting, tracking hashrate, and clean energy production opportunities. The Binance Smart Chain token (BSC) is the original token for Solarmoon and has the largest community following. BSC token holders can vote on project contributions, purchase VC-funded hashrate and clean energy, and participate in the growth of the multi-chain ecosystem. The Polygon Network token will soon be tradeable and offers opportunities similar to the BSC token. By expanding to the Polygon Network, Solarmoon enhances tech development and fosters the participation of a new network, further advancing its mission.

Solarmoon aims to validate millions of kilowatt-hours (KwH) of clean energy mining through its protocol. In the US alone, 4.1 trillion kWh of electricity is produced annually, with only 11.5% coming from clean energy sources. Solarmoon seeks to address this by rewarding miners who validate proof-of-work blockchains with clean energy. By connecting clean energy production and miners to the Solarmoon protocol, participants can receive rewards from the community. Through its Solar Moon DAO and Dapp, Solarmoon offers a cross-chain ecosystem that facilitates decentralized voting, tracking of clean energy production, and rewards for miners contributing to a more sustainable future for proof-of-work blockchains.
