Chikn Egg (EGG) is a token that plays a significant role in the Chikn ecosystem. It is one of the most transacted tokens on the entire AVAX network, responsible for over 50% of Avalanche’s NFT volumes. With a total value burned of over $16 million, Chikn Farmers participate in burning their tokens to enhance the ecosystem. EGG is the central utility token used for upgrading assets and expanding opportunities within the Chikn ecosystem.

The Chikn ecosystem offers various features to enhance the gameplay experience. Players can ‚Roost‘ their birds, including Chikn NFTs and Roostr NFTs, to earn in-game rewards in the form of ERC20 tokens. Crafting is another feature where players can forage on their FarmLand, uncover buried treasure, and use what they discover to craft new in-game items (NFTs) for productivity, battling, or onselling to other players. As the ecosystem continues to evolve, features such as Fighting and Breeding will be introduced, allowing players to engage in PvP battles and breed new generations of birds.

To further support the Chikn ecosystem, additional utility tokens are available. FEED is the initial rewards token used to increase the size of Chikn, while FERT is produced by Roostr (NFTs) and can be used to fertilize FarmLand for rewards. WORM tokens serve as rewards and utility tokens, assisting in digging underneath FarmLand, reducing foraging times, and crafting items. Players must strategize and optimize their flock’s gameplay to collect valuable resources that are in high demand for crafting new and desirable NFTs.
