INKz (INKZ)

INKz is the utility token that fuels the OctoVerse ecosystem. It is the source of evolution for the OctoHedz project, which was created by NFT collectors for NFT collectors. The project features 888 unique Octopuses, known as Genesis Octos, that have infiltrated Earth to spread $INKz and gather intelligence for the full invasion. With $INKz, holders can transform their pixel form into 3D Voxels to invade The Sandbox and other Metaverses. Additionally, the project is bridging gamification, education, and real-life experiences, with plans to create a gaming experience on Sandbox and explore avenues outside of the Metaverse like AR.

One of the key features of the OctoHedz project is the ability to breed Baby Krakens. To breed a Baby Kraken, one needs two Genesis OctoHedz and 600 $INKz. The perks of owning a Baby Kraken include access to book calls with the OctoHedz team, insider notes on their work, and exclusive discounts and whitelist opportunities from Kraken Den Projects. The project offers a total of 888 Genesis Octos, 8,000 Reloaded Octos, 4,000 Baby Krakens, and 11,111 OctoHedz VX, with 6,123 of them available for public minting.

INKz also plays a role in supporting community projects and events. When trading OctoHedz on OpenSea, a 7% fee is applied to Genesis Octos and a 5% fee to Reloaded Octos. The majority of these fees are channeled back into the community, funding projects in the OctoVerse, supporting events and contests, and contributing to marine life conservation efforts. The rarities and traits of the OctoHedz collection are determined randomly through an algorithm. The release dates for the various OctoHedz collections are August 20th for Genesis, October 23rd for Reloaded, and December 17th for Baby Krakens, with an upcoming release of OctoHedz VX on March 25th.
