    • BLOCKSPOT B.V. MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

• Limitation of Liability
  • YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BLOCKSPOT B.V. • General Information
  • The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Blockspot B.V., superseding any other agreements between you and Blockspot B.V.. The TOS and the relationship between you and Blockspot B.V. shall be governed by and construed, performed and enforced in accordance with Dutch law. In case of dispute the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In case of any dispute between Parties concerning the rights and obligations from this TOS parties prefer (but are not obliged) to use mediation by an independent professional third party.

 

• • The failure of  Blockspot B.V. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
• Company listing billing
  • As a Blockspot B.V. customer, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly fee at the rate at the time of purchase to the credit card you provided during sign up, or such other replacement credit card as you notified us to use. The monthly fee will be charged on the date that corresponds with the date you signed up for your subscription. Your Blockspot B.V. company listing will continue month-to-month or year-to-year unless and until you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated by us. You must cancel your subscription three days before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s charge to your credit card. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partial months or partial years. In accordance with local law, Blockspot B.V. may update information regarding your selected payment method if provided such information by your financial institution. • Company listing criteria
  • I understand that there is no guarantee that my Blockspot B.V. company listing will be added to the directory.
  • I understand that Blockspot B.V. editors, in their sole judgment, shall determine the suitability and titles for all company listings.
  • I understand that if my paid company listing is accepted, every month thereafter I will be charged the recurring fee.
  • The company listing must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone’s rights, or that Blockspot B.V. believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive.
