PRIA (PRIA) is a cryptocurrency that operates on the Ethereum Name Service (ENS). It utilizes EthDNS and EthLink to access information from DNS, making it possible to obtain relevant data from the .eth domain. EthLink acts as a DNS registry, allowing access to the ENS records for .eth domains. Users can access DNS information held in ENS in the same way as traditional DNS. EthDNS operates as a DNS-over-HTTPS server and can resolve regular DNS and ENS-registered domains.

With PRIA, users can add a content hash to their domain through ENS. The contenthash field in ENS contains a pointer to content hosted on the internet, often on IPFS. EthDNS can serve a domain with a contenthash by returning the IPFS gateway’s A record and the contenthash as a DNSLink reference when queried for TXT records. This makes it possible for users to access IPFS content based on the information within ENS without any additional changes to their system.

While EthLink is primarily used for .eth domains, other domains registered in ENS can be accessed directly when enabled. Enabling ENS-based resolution is as simple as using EthLink and CNAMEing the domain to resolver.cloudflare-eth.com. EthLink provides a TLS certificate on demand, allowing for secure resolution of ENS-based DNS information. Overall, PRIA offers a convenient and efficient way to access and manage DNS information through EthDNS and EthLink.
