Frontier Stable Token (FRNT)

The Frontier Stable Token (FRNT) represents the first fiat-backed, fully reserved stable token issued by a public entity in the United States. Administered by the Wyoming Stable Token Commission, this token is designed to provide stability through transparent reserves and statutory guidance. The FRNT aims to offer a reliable digital currency option by ensuring a 102% reserve requirement, mitigating the risk of de-pegging. This regulation guarantees that for every FRNT issued, a reserve exceeding $1 is maintained in trust by the state of Wyoming, thus aligning the token’s value with the U.S. dollar.

FRNT is built with cross-chain interoperability, enhancing its use for both domestic and international transactions. It adheres to industry standards, including ERC20F, Token2022, and OFT, ensuring compliance and facilitating integration with existing payment systems and wallets. The platform supports seven blockchains, enabling flexible deployment and use across diverse digital asset ecosystems. This strategic design positions FRNT to leverage the benefits of blockchain technology, promoting transparency, efficiency, and lower transaction costs.

The governance of the Frontier Stable Token is characterized by transparent decision-making processes involving public input and oversight by a dedicated board composed of key state officials and subject matter experts. Led by Governor Mark Gordon, this commission is committed not only to implementing but also refining the regulations governing the Frontier Stable Token. As of now, the FRNT is being tested and is expected to be available for public purchase starting in September 2025, marking an important milestone in the regulation and integration of stable tokens across Wyoming and beyond.
