“Cygnus Chain ($CNS) is a simple and user-friendly Ethereum variant designed to be fully compatible with all existing Ethereum infrastructure, smart contracts, and developer tools. It operates on the Ethash Proof-of-Work algorithm, supporting both GPU and ASIC mining, with an average block time of 15 seconds. The total supply is unlimited, and the block reward starts at 2 CNS with a structured halving schedule: before block 100,000 the reward is 2 CNS, after block 100,000 it halves every 50,000 blocks — 1 CNS for the first 50,000 blocks, 0.5 CNS for the second, 0.25 CNS for the third, 0.125 CNS for the fourth, followed by a permanent tail emission of 0.06 CNS.”
