eosDAC (EOSDAC)

eosDAC (EOSDAC) is a coin that aims to empower the community in the EOS ecosystem by serving as a community-owned EOS Block Producer and DAC (Decentralized Autonomous Community) enabler. As an EOS tokenholder, voting for an EOS Block Producer is akin to selecting someone to take care of your property. eosDAC believes that who you choose to fulfill this role is of great importance.

As an autonomous community, eosDAC operates on the blockchain transparently and reproducibly. Individuals can submit their project plans as worker proposals to the custodians by joining as members. If approved, they can receive payment for their work. The concept of DACs enabled by blockchain technology empowers communities to challenge larger organizations, fostering disruption and decentralization.

EOSDAC token holders can log on to the eosDAC Member Client’s website and register as members of the DAC. This unlocks various benefits associated with their EOSDAC tokens. Holding EOSDAC tokens allows individuals to become registered eosDAC members, allowing them to vote for and elect custodians representing the token holders. Custodians decide how to allocate the DAC’s revenues through on-chain worker proposals, signed using multi-signature technology. Registered EOSDAC token holders may also receive airdrops of projects that utilize the eosDAC “DAC FACTORY” to launch their DACs.
