Flux FRAX (FFRAX)

Flux FRAX (FFRAX) is a stablecoin lending platform allowing users to borrow stablecoins against tokenized US Treasuries. The protocol only accepts OUSG, a tokenized US Treasury from Ondo Finance, as collateral. OUSG is a highly secure and stable collateral option, investing exclusively in Blackrock’s iShares Short Treasury Bond ETF (SHV) and utilizing independent regulated service providers. Flux is based on the battle-tested code of Compound v2, which has been audited by industry leaders, with changes to the codebase audited by code4rena. The platform also offers a bug bounty program with a $550,000 reward.

When using Flux, users can lend their stablecoins to start earning interest immediately. In return, they receive fStables, representing the right to reclaim stablecoins and accrued interest. Users can transfer their fStables to other DeFi protocols to leverage additional benefits. The protocol can be accessed through various applications and services, including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Fireblocks, Ledger, and Gnosis Safe. Flux has recently integrated with Cowswap, allowing users to buy and sell fTokens easily. The Reserve platform has also enabled fUSDC and fDAI as collateral options for Flux’s RTokens.
