Victorieum (VTM)

Victorieum (VTM) is a cryptocurrency token Vic Waves Corporation offers. It is part of the Victorieum project, which aims to develop token-based accounts, an offshore bank, a crypto wallet called Victorieum Crypto Wallet, and a crypto exchange called Victorieum Exchange. The tokens will give holders discount rights and access to various services and products within the Victorieum ecosystem. The project has 1,000,000,000 VTM tokens, with 76.5% available for crowdsale. The token sale will be conducted in several stages, with varying prices for each stage. All purchases of VTM tokens are final and non-refundable.

The Victorieum token sale will begin on October 20th, 2018, and run until January 20th, 2019. The sale will have multiple stages, starting with a private presale and then several public stages. During each stage, the price of 1 VTM token will be set at a specific amount in US dollars or equivalent in other fiat or cryptocurrency. Accepted currencies for purchase include Bitcoin and Ethereum. It is important to note that the sale is not available to citizens or residents of the USA or any other country where transactions involving digital tokens are restricted. Purchasers must also have a wallet that supports ERC20 tokens to participate in the sale.

The Company reserves the right to conduct “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and/or “Anti-Money Laundering” (AML) checks and procedures on purchasers if required by applicable laws. By accepting the terms and conditions, purchasers guarantee that they are not residents or citizens of countries with laws and regulations that ban or limit the purchase and/or use of cryptographic coins. The Company makes no representations or warranties about the performance of the services, assets, or platforms related to the VTM project, and purchasers use them at their own risk.
