FatMemes© aims to change this by establishing a decentralized ecosystem that rewards creators, curators, and community members for their contributions.

We see memes as the art of everyday people—ideas and humor expressed visually. FatMemes provides a space where you can create, collect, share, mint, sell, vote on, and compete with memes.

A core tenet of FatMemes is that the community should directly benefit from the platform’s success. To that end, 30% of all platform fees—including upload fees, marketplace commissions, and future monetization features—are redistributed to users.

By leveraging the speed and low transaction costs of the Solana blockchain, FatMemes introduces a sustainable “Meme-to-Earn” model. The platform is powered by the FatMemes ($FMEMES) token, which facilitates a transparent, community-driven economy.

Users earn $FMEMES tokens for uploading content that receives community engagement and upvotes. A significant portion of platform revenue is allocated to weekly prize pools for top-performing content, with 30% of all fees shared with users through weekly contests.

Top-performing memes can be minted and sold as unique Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on the Solana blockchain, giving creators verifiable and tradable assets. A “Community Pool” allows users to upload content for free. Other users can sponsor this content with $FMEMES to enter it into weekly contests, share potential rewards with the original creator, and help fund the ecosystem.

Built on Solana, the platform ensures transactions are fast, affordable, and transparent. Reward algorithms are based on on-chain engagement metrics, eliminating centralized bias.
