RaggieCoin (RAG)

RaggieCoin (RAG) is the official currency of the CryptoRaggies ecosystem. It is a fixed-supply token that holders of CryptoRaggies NFTs can earn through Play-and-Earn games. RaggieCoins can be swapped for ADA or supplied to liquidity pools on DEXes. Additionally, they can be used to mint in-game items, powerful upgrades, and special edition NFTs in RaggieStore. Unlike other tokens, RaggieCoin has not undergone any initial coin offering or pre-sale, emphasizing its fair and decentralized launch.

The CryptoRaggies project centers around algorithmically crafted NFTs inspired by ragdoll cat coat colors and patterns. Each CryptoRaggies NFT features a unique ragdoll cat character, a colorful background, and optional accessories and toys. The project aims to celebrate pets’ love and companionship while incorporating elements inspired by the Cardano blockchain. Beyond their artistic value, CryptoRaggies NFTs play a significant role in the project’s ecosystem by enabling users to participate in play-to-earn NFT gaming and DeFi activities.

RaggieRun is the first game in the CryptoRaggies ecosystem, offering a fun and competitive experience. The game features a wallet connection on the Cardano blockchain and challenges players with an addictive “infinite runner” gameplay. RaggieRun is just the beginning, as the project has plans for additional games and collaborations with partner projects in the future. To support the trading and auctioning of CryptoRaggies NFTs, the project has created RagAlley, an official marketplace and auction house built on secure and decentralized Cardano smart contracts.
