Creator Cabins (CABIN)

Creator Cabins (CABIN) is a global network of properties in nature, built and managed by remote workers who are passionate about creating sustainable living spaces. With a shared culture, community, economy, and governance, Creator Cabins aims to redefine the concept of coliving. By joining Creator Cabins, individuals gain access to a thriving community of coliving opportunities, residencies, and build weeks across the globe. By collecting role cards and passport stamps, members can unlock new places and build their reputation within the community.

Within the Creator Cabins network, there are different roles that members can take on. These include the Caretaker, who is responsible for managing a neighborhood, the Custodian, who is involved in building and improving the physical environment of the neighborhoods, the Gatherer, who helps create the community’s culture and space, the Naturalist, who focuses on growing and nurturing the natural environment, and the Creator, who produces art, novelty, content, and experiments to inspire new possibilities. Members can choose to be Residents, living and working remotely across the neighborhood network.

Membership in Creator Cabins offers various benefits. As a Guest, individuals can join the community conversations, expand their network, and stay updated on opportunities and upcoming events. Community Members have access to the Member Directory, City Directory, and can participate in City Offers. Founding Citizens, who pay an annual fee, receive additional perks such as a numbered NFT and passport card, exclusive offers, the ability to add listings to the City Directory, increased voting power, and access to merchandise drops and member discounts. Some benefits are also available for free to holders of 1,000 ₡ABIN tokens.
