DeCredit (CDTC)

DeCredit (CDTC) is a decentralized lending program that utilizes a credit oracle to facilitate peer-to-peer and user-to-user lending behavior on a blockchain network. The program operates through a stablecoin lending pool that is available in collaboration with LABS Group. LABS Group mints the property rights or titles of its housing assets into NFTs and deposits them into DeCredit’s pledge pool. Simultaneously, the credit data of the asset holder is sent to DeCredit’s credit oracle for rating, optimizing liquidity for borrowing from DeCredit’s lending pool.

The collaboration between DeCredit and LABS Group involves a process where LABS Group borrows funds from DeCredit and converts them into fiat currency, which is then allocated to real estate projects by LendCo. When the investment cycle concludes, the borrowed funds are returned to DeCredit, and the collaterals are redeemed. Credit oracle technology is applied in various scenarios, including over-collateralized loans, house renting, matchmaking, recruiting, and welfare.

DeCredit has a roadmap for development, with several phases outlined for its future growth. Phase 1 entails the deployment of the credit oracle on OpenDeFi and testing it on the BSC testnet. Phase 2 combines credit loans with real-world scenarios, integrates the DeCredit credit loan module into collateralized loans, and expands credit loans to more real-world situations. Phase 3 involves the development of MetaLine, deploying the credit oracle in the GameFi platform, and implementing privacy solutions and a distributed storage system. Phase 4 aims to integrate distributed IDs and credit data, explore the integration of credit oracle with more DApps, and establish a global credit oracle aggregator.
