FOGnet (FOG)

FOGnet (FOG) is a blockchain-based platform that aims to create an ecosystem for real estate development and sales using non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and utility tokens. The project seeks to establish a token economy by building a platform for participation in real estate operations and sales using NFTs and utility tokens. FOGnet aims to promote a healthy NFT trading ecosystem based on tangible assets and plans to expand its services and business areas by advancing and stabilizing the FOGnet platform.

The FOGnet platform is a real estate NFT content platform based on the Ethereum blockchain network, where real estate development rights and sales rights can be traded through NFTs. This introduces a new concept of real estate development financing through NFTs, lowering barriers to entry for real estate investments and potentially promoting transparency and fairness in the real estate industry, which is often plagued by illegal and unethical activities.

The FOGnet ecosystem comprises the FOGNET Token (FOG), the native currency, and the fundamental payment method within the platform. Additionally, the ecosystem includes Empire NFTs for user rights and real estate NFTs for implementation and sales. Users who hold Empire NFTs become members of the FOGNET DAO, the autonomous decision-making body of the FOGnet platform, granting them dividend and decision-making rights within the ecosystem. The FOGNET platform also incorporates FOGNET Points as reward tokens, which can be exchanged for FOG tokens and utilized for asset trading within the platform.
