Gravita Protocol (GRAI)

Gravita Protocol (GRAI) is a decentralized borrowing protocol that allows users to obtain interest-free loans using their ETH liquid staking tokens (LSTs) as collateral. The protocol aims to decentralize Ethereum by supporting the growth of high-quality minority LSTs. Users can deposit their liquid staking tokens into the Gravita protocol and receive GRAI stablecoin. The amount of GRAI they can borrow depends on the value of their collateral and can be up to 90% of its worth.

Gravita offers several key benefits to its users. Aside from providing interest-free loans, it promotes decentralization by accepting multiple LSTs as collateral. This allows users to borrow against various assets while maintaining separate positions for each, supporting diversity in the crypto ecosystem. The protocol is also non-custodial, programmatic, and transparent, aligning with the principles of decentralized finance.

Users can also earn money on Gravita by providing liquidity to the Stability Pool. The Stability Pool is used to help repay the debts of liquidated Vessels that fall below the minimum collateral ratio. Stability Providers may earn rewards and potentially make liquidation gains. In the future, Gravita plans to introduce its governance token, GRVT, which may offer additional benefits such as boosted yields and reduced fees.
