Veno Finance (VNO)

Veno Finance (VNO) is a liquid staking protocol built on the Cronos blockchain, with an additional deployment on zkSync. The protocol lets users stake CRO (Cronos’ native asset) or ATOM (Cosmos Hub’s native asset) and receive liquid derivative tokens in return: LCRO for staked CRO and LATOM for staked ATOM. These liquid tokens can be used across partner decentralized-finance protocols on Cronos while the underlying staked assets continue to earn validator rewards. The VNO governance token contract on Cronos is 0xdb7d0a1ec37de1de924f8e8adac6ed338d4404e9, and a separate VNO contract exists on zkSync at 0xe75a17b4f5c4f844688d5670b684515d7c785e63.

VNO has a maximum supply of 2,000,000,000 tokens, with a total supply of approximately 1.9 billion and a circulating supply of roughly 533 million at the time of writing. Token holders can lock VNO in the Reservoir module to receive real-yield rewards distributed as ATOM and WCRO, drawn from protocol revenue. A separate Fountain mechanism allows VNO depositors to earn additional VNO emissions. Liquidity providers on integrated protocols such as Ferro and Tectonic can also receive VNO through the Veno Garden incentive module. The unbonding period for LCRO and LATOM redemptions follows the standard Cronos and CosmosHub unbonding timelines, and stakers receive an NFT representing their position during the waiting period.
