Wrapped USDR (WUSDR) is a rebasing stablecoin designed to provide users with a better money experience backed by a basket of tokenized yield producing real estate. This stablecoin offers a solution for those looking to earn yield transparently and reliably. Supported by tokenized real estate, WUSDR leverages the reliable appreciation of these assets against fiat, creating an inflation-resistant currency that strengthens over time and returns real yield to its holders.

One of the key features of WUSDR is its daily yield distribution. The rent collected from rental properties held in the treasury is distributed daily as a native rebase, providing real yield to token holders. As the value of real estate within the treasury increases, so does the yield. Furthermore, WUSDR is stable in value as it is pegged to the US dollar, ensuring price stability and minimizing volatility. Additionally, a portion of the backing is held in DAI, allowing for 1:1 redemptions and maintaining the stability of the peg.

WUSDR is also designed to be auto re-collateralizing. If the collateralization ratio falls below 100%, 50% of the rental yield will automatically be redirected to the treasury, recollateralizing the asset and ensuring that WUSDR remains fully backed and secure.
