Cashierest is an exchange that has recently announced the termination of its services, which will officially conclude on December 22nd, 2023, at 1 PM. Despite ceasing its operations, the exchange will continue to provide withdrawal support until December 22nd, 2028. Cashierest has expressed gratitude to its customers for their support throughout its operational period. The decision to close the exchange was made due to changing business conditions, a move that reflects the complexities in the current market environment.

For individuals looking to retrieve their deposited assets, Cashierest offers an efficient process. Upon submission of an asset return request, the verification of the customer’s identity and legitimacy will be completed within 7 business days. If the verification is successful, the return of assets will occur within an additional 14 business days. In instances where the customer’s claim cannot be confirmed, Cashierest will guide the necessary legal procedures for asset retrieval within the same timeframe.

After the termination of services, withdrawals can be processed through an individual email submission. Customers are required to pay a consultation fee of KRW 50,000 for asset inquiries, which must be deposited into a specified bank account provided by Cashierest. To initiate the withdrawal process, customers should send an email to request@cashierest.com, including the necessary documentation, such as evidence of payment, and any inquiries regarding their held assets. Upon verification of the fee payment, Cashierest will assist customers in checking their assets and provide further instructions through the registered email address.
