The Consensus Network (CSS) is an innovative blockchain designed for small miners and powered by the community. It is built on the principle of community governance, giving every user and miner a vote in major decisions. This democratic approach ensures that the network evolves to benefit all members. With 100% community involvement, decentralization, and transparency, the Consensus Network provides a trustworthy platform for the blockchain community.

The Consensus Network utilizes the BlockDAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) Protocol, specifically the GhostDAG, to unlock efficiency, scalability, and decentralization. With multiple blocks generated every second, transactions are processed quickly, making it ideal for everyday use. Scalability is achieved without compromising security and decentralization, as seen in traditional Proof-of-Stake networks. By employing a proof-of-work system, the Consensus Network remains unstoppable and is completely managed by the community.

The total coin supply is 28.4 billion CSS, with 6 billion CSS allocated for community funds, subject to a community vote for withdrawal. The block reward is reduced monthly to alleviate selling pressure, ensuring long-term sustainability. The Consensus Network was launched on April 27, 2024, and provides a range of user resources, including the ConsensusD node, wallet CLI, and mining capabilities, to facilitate easy blockchain usage.
