LOBSTR

LOBSTR is a non-custodial wallet and trading interface focused on the Stellar network, developed by Ultra Stellar LLC and building on Stellar since 2014. Available on iOS, Android, and as a Chrome browser extension, it allows users to manage assets across both the Stellar network and the XRP Ledger. With over one million users and more than ten million monthly transactions, LOBSTR is one of the most widely used wallets in the Stellar ecosystem.

LOBSTR supports XLM and the full range of Stellar-issued assets, including USDC, stablecoins, and tokenized assets. It also supports XRP and XRP Ledger-based assets. Users can buy cryptocurrency directly in the app using credit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and can swap assets both on-chain and across chains through the integrated swap feature.

Security features include two-factor authentication (2FA), PIN code protection, and multisignature support via LOBSTR Vault, a companion app for iOS and Android that enables multi-device transaction approvals. The LOBSTR Signer Extension for Chrome lets users sign Stellar transactions on web platforms without exposing their private key or seed phrase. The wallet is operated independently from the Stellar Development Foundation.

Beyond wallet management, LOBSTR provides direct access to the Stellar Decentralized Exchange (SDEX) for on-chain trading, price tracking, and market alerts. Ultra Stellar also maintains StellarX and StellarTerm as separate Stellar trading platforms, making LOBSTR part of a broader suite of Stellar-focused products.
