Beldex (BDX)

Beldex (BDX) is a private ecosystem and privacy coin designed to provide a secure and confidential mode of payment and settlement within the Beldex ecosystem. It is a functional utility token that acts as a medium of exchange between participants on the platform. BDX is not intended to be used as a public medium of exchange for goods or services outside of the Beldex ecosystem.

As a native cryptographically secured fungible protocol token, BDX represents attributed utility functions specified in the Beldex ecosystem’s protocol/code. It is primarily used for facilitating transactions and interactions within the ecosystem. BDX does not imply any ownership, shareholding, participation, or investment rights in Beldex International Inc., the distributor, their affiliates, or any other company. It is not intended to constitute securities in any jurisdiction.

BDX also serves as an economic incentive for users to contribute and participate in the Beldex ecosystem actively. Users are rewarded with additional BDX tokens based on their usage, activity, and contribution to the network. This creates a mutually beneficial system where participants are fairly compensated for their efforts. However, inactive users or holders who do not actively engage with the ecosystem will not receive any BDX incentives.
