Maxity (MAX) is an ERC-20 utility token on the Ethereum blockchain that powers a charity-oriented NFT marketplace. The platform allows users to buy and sell NFT art with a portion of proceeds directed toward charitable causes aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. MAX tokens serve as the primary medium of exchange on the platform and double as a governance token within its ecosystem. The Maxity ecosystem is organized around several decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) serving distinct participant groups: Charity DAOs, Artist DAOs, and Influencer DAOs. Charity DAOs coordinate urgent fundraising events; Artist DAOs run NFT design training programs; Influencer DAOs issue exclusive NFTs for prominent community members. NFT metadata and images are stored using the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) for decentralized, persistent access. A Volunteer and Reward (V&R) model allows participants to claim charitable tasks and earn secondary token rewards, which can be used to purchase charity NFTs or traded on compatible exchanges.

MAX has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The contract is deployed on the Ethereum mainnet at address 0x63f7b1b538a78cb699e5399621b3d2e047c40de4 and is trackable via Etherscan. The platform initially described deployments on both Ethereum and Polygon, though the primary token contract is Ethereum-based. Market activity for MAX has been limited, with low trading volumes relative to the total supply outstanding.
