Propchain (PROPC)

Propchain (PROPC) is the native utility token of Propchain, a real estate technology platform that integrates property data, AI-ready data infrastructure, and blockchain validation into a single environment aimed at institutional users. The project positions itself as an interoperability layer for the real estate industry, working with lenders, asset managers, developers, and proptech firms to provide standardised property data and on-chain proofs for asset records. Propchain initially launched in 2023 with a retail-facing fractional real estate investment proposition but has since refocused on the institutional side of real estate data and tokenisation infrastructure, with its consumer investment products no longer the primary offering at propchain.com.

PROPC is an ERC-20 token deployed on Ethereum at contract address 0x9ff58067bd8d239000010c154c6983a325df138e and verifiable on Etherscan. The token has a fixed maximum supply of 100 million PROPC, with a total supply of 100 million and approximately 18.5 million currently in circulation. PROPC is intended to be used within the Propchain ecosystem for staking, platform access, and incentive mechanisms related to data validation. Because the majority of the supply remains unreleased, future unlocks and emission schedules are an important factor when evaluating the token’s economics over time.

Propchain is operated by the team behind propchain.com, with public communication primarily via X (@PropChainGlobal), LinkedIn (propchain-global), Instagram (propchainglobal), and a Telegram group. The token trades on a limited number of venues with a small but persistent market capitalisation, and ongoing development is reflected in the project’s product pages covering vision, technology stack, and partnerships. PROPC should be evaluated as a thinly traded ecosystem token tied to a real estate technology platform: liquidity is limited compared to large-cap tokens, and changes in the company’s commercial focus or institutional partnerships can have an outsized impact on the token’s relevance and demand.
