Quickswap (QUICK)

QuickSwap is a community-driven decentralized exchange (DEX) and DeFi hub built on Polygon, with deployments across other EVM networks, including Base, Polygon zkEVM, and X Layer. Launched in 2020 as a fork of Uniswap, it lets users swap tokens, provide liquidity, farm rewards, stake, and trade decentralized perpetuals from a single interface, using Polygon’s low fees and fast confirmations. QUICK is the protocol’s native governance token. Holders can stake QUICK, for example through QuickSwap’s Dragon’s Lair, to earn a share of protocol rewards and vote on governance proposals that shape the platform. The current QUICK token, often called New QUICK, replaced the original 2020 token in a community-approved 1:1000 redenomination in 2022, expanding the supply while keeping each holder’s value unchanged. QuickSwap has processed billions in cumulative volume and remains one of the largest DEXs in the Polygon ecosystem.
