SimpleSwap is a self-custodial, multi-source swap aggregator that launched in 2018 to take the complexity out of wallet-to-wallet crypto exchanges. As a self-custodial service, SimpleSwap never holds user funds: crypto moves directly between user-owned wallets, with provider and route selection handled automatically for every swap. Pricing is bundled rather than split into maker and taker fees: the conversion rate quoted before each swap already covers the SimpleSwap service margin and the liquidity spread of the chosen provider, while blockchain network fees go to the underlying network. Registered users can join a four-tier Loyalty Program spanning Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, which unlocks progressive service-fee discounts of up to 20% and USDT cashback of up to 0.4% at the Platinum level. Gold and Platinum members also gain a dedicated personal manager reachable through Telegram.

On the support side, SimpleSwap runs 24/7 customer service with a stated average response time of around four minutes, alongside real-time order tracking for every swap. The company reports more than 20 million swaps processed since 2018 and 99.9% uptime, with integrations spanning over 6,000 partner products, including wallets such as Exodus and Tangem. Its iOS and Android apps were redesigned in 2026 with cleaner navigation and built-in price alerts.
