BitBoost (BBT)

BitBoost is a decentralized e-commerce marketplace app that aims to facilitate global, peer-to-peer trade. Built on the Ethereum blockchain using smart contracts, BitBoost Marketplace (BBM) connects buyers and sellers directly, eliminating the need for intermediaries. The app offers low fees for sellers, improving their profit margin, while buyers pay nothing to BitBoost. With a focus on privacy and security, BBM does not collect personal information; all messages between buyers and sellers are encrypted. The app is available for Windows and Mac, with Linux and mobile device support coming soon.

The Block, a downloadable app based on the Ethereum blockchain, is at the core of BitBoost’s solution. It provides a fully decentralized e-commerce experience, free from excessive costs, geographical limitations, and arbitrary restrictions. Transactions on The Block are made with the ETH currency using BitBoost’s integrated Ether wallet, ensuring fast confirmation times and low fees. The only exception is merchant listing fees, payable in BitBoost Tokens (BBT). The internal wallet is created and managed by users, with no keys held by BitBoost or third parties. The Block prioritizes user privacy by not requiring any personal information for registration or use.

Security and user experience are top priorities for BitBoost. HTTPS is exclusively used for external services, and Tor integration is planned for added security. All communication within the app is encrypted using session keys, ensuring the privacy and integrity of user data. The easy-to-use interface and customizable features make it convenient for users to navigate the marketplace and tailor their experience. BitBoost’s vision is to create a global, peer-to-peer e-commerce platform that empowers individuals to trade freely and securely without the limitations of traditional e-commerce models.
