What is ADAMANT Messenger?
ADAMANT Messenger is a decentralized communication platform built entirely on blockchain technology. Unlike conventional messaging apps, it stores all messages on-chain, encrypted end-to-end, with no email address or phone number required to create an account. The platform operates on an updated Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) blockchain with average block times of around five seconds, giving in-chat transfers near-instant finality.
The native utility token ADM covers message fees and in-chat transfers. Beyond ADM, the built-in wallet supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Dash, Lisk, BNB, and Stably Dollar (USDS), with transfers possible directly inside a conversation. The platform also includes a built-in non-custodial exchange, secret wallets (a hidden layer accessible only with a separate password), IPFS-based encrypted file sharing, WalletConnect for DeFi access, blockchain-based two-factor authentication, and automated crypto chatbots for trading and other on-chain interactions.
ADAMANT runs on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS (Intel and ARM64), Linux, and as a progressive web app accessible through standard browsers or Tor. The software is fully open-source. ADAMANT Tech Labs LP, registered in Ireland, develops and maintains the project; the founders are anonymous by design. The GitHub repositories under the Adamant-im organisation show active commits as recently as May 2026, and the messenger is at version 4.11.1 as of that date.
