What is OneKey?

OneKey is an open-source cryptocurrency wallet company offering a range of hardware and software products for self-custody of digital assets. The company operates as a member of the SatoKey Group and has received investment from Coinbase Ventures, YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs), Dragonfly, and Ribbit Capital. All firmware and client software are published under open-source licenses on GitHub, allowing independent security review.

The hardware lineup centres on two core devices. The OneKey Pro is the flagship cold-storage device, combining a secure element with a touchscreen interface for transaction signing without an internet connection. The OneKey Classic 1S Pure is a battery-free hardware wallet aimed at long-term holders; a dedicated BTC-Only Edition of the same device strips the firmware down to Bitcoin support exclusively, targeting users who prefer a minimal attack surface. The OneKey Lite is an NFC-based encrypted backup card rather than a full wallet, designed to store recovery phrases securely. The OneKey KeyTag is a titanium physical backup kit for engraving seed phrases in a fire- and water-resistant format.

On the software side, the OneKey App is available for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, and pairs with any OneKey hardware device. A browser extension supports Chrome for connecting to decentralized applications. The app also functions as a standalone software wallet, with account creation via email for users who do not own a hardware device.

OneKey supports Bitcoin, Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains (Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain), Solana, TRON, Cosmos Hub, Starknet, and a broad range of additional networks. Many tokens are available across dozens of networks simultaneously. Security practices include a SlowMist audit and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
