ClearBank Europe

ClearBank Europe N.V. is a Dutch B2B clearing bank authorised by the European Central Bank and supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank, providing Digital Asset Rails to regulated institutions such as EMIs, payment institutions, and banks. Its infrastructure uses regulated stablecoins (EURC, USDC) as a transport layer to enable programmable cross-border fiat settlement via SEPA Instant, with no retail or speculative use cases. ClearBank Europe holds a MiCA CASP authorisation issued by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), making it the first Dutch credit institution to complete MiCA notification for digital asset services in the EU.
