SG Forge is the fully integrated digital-asset subsidiary of Societe Generale Group, offering institutional services to issue and manage blockchain-native financial products including tokenised bonds, structured products, and the EUR/USD CoinVertible stablecoins (EURCV/USDCV). The company is authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under MiCA by the AMF and ACPR, covering custody, transfer, and execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients. It is also regulated as an investment firm under MiFID2 and as an Electronic Money Institution under MiCA.
